Returns and refunds

You have 45 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached. No product categories are excluded from this window.

Return postage

You pay return shipping unless we confirm in writing that MsDressly will cover a specific order issue.

Refund timing

After the warehouse receives your return, eligible refunds are issued within up to 30 days, back to the original payment method when possible. Bank posting time is extra.

Use a trackable service. We do not offer an in-store exchange counter — return the original item and place a new order if you need a different size.
